How do charge for your services?
We have two tiers
Customers with Support Agreements – We agree a fixed monthly flat fee (based on factors like number of users and the complexity of the customer’s environment). The average cost to support a business is hopefully less than you think – See Below “What would it cost to support my business?”
For Ad-Hoc or project work we charge £45+Vat per hour.
What benefits do customers with Support Agreements get?
Unlimited access to Technical Support from 8am to 6pm
Typically any I.T problem will be resolved within 8 hours of reporting the issue (regardless of how severe).
With the advent of remote technology it is not uncommon for us to take over the problem device during the initial support call. So inspection is almost instant and with our built in escalation procedure we can identify and resolve issues quickly.
If a site visit is required this will take place within 8 business hours of the initial logging of the fault.
What would it cost to support my business?
Let’s assume you are located on a single site with 1, Server and 10 Users.
The cost would be approximately:- £64.50 per Week Equal to £279.50 per Month
What do we get for that?
Unlimited Technical Support - Any I.T Problem fixed within 1 Business day.
Support “What if questions”
Q) Your Server has died or was stolen.
A) We will temporarily replace it and restore your data. You will be back up and running within one business day.
Q) One of your PC’s or Laptop’s was faulty.
A) Instant remote diagnosis then a fix within 1 business day.
Q) Your office Internet was not working
A) Diagnosis then liaison with your ISP’s Technical support to resolve the problem. Think of us as managing the 3rd part people (ISP’s Web Hosts, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus etc). If your Internet Router is faulty we can diagnose the problem and replace if necessary.
Q) You want to extend your network by 5 PC’s.
A) We can give you a competitive quote and work with our 3rd party data cabling company to ensure a managed installation.
Q) You wanted to give remote access to your staff so they can work from home.
A) We can configure a secure Virtual Private Network and allow you and your staff full 24/7 access to your main office if required.
